Thank you for visiting our Web Page. Here are some common inquires that we can help with:

1. I need to upgrade or migrate my TEKRF or TEKCONSOLE server.

Many Customers are either upgrading to a newer / supported version of Windows Server and/or moving to a Virtualize or Cloud Computing Environment.

We can load your current version or the latest release of MIS on the new server and migrate your configuration and data from the older server. We can do this remotely using a GOTO Meeting Desktop sharing session.

2. I would like to run my Transactions on an Android Device

Many customers are looking at upgrading their terminals but do not want to invest in devices that run discontinued Microsoft CE and Windows Mobile Operating Systems. There are a number terminals that run Android that are now available on the Market.

We offer an Android based Terminal Client called SMITERM that will display your TEKRF and TEKCONSOLE transactions are most Android devices.

3. I need help but cannot get support from the vendor.

Many Customers have found it difficult to reach people that know anything about TEKRF, TEKCONSOLE and other products originally sold by Psion Teklogix.

SMILOG staff are all former Psion Teklogix employees. We were part of the team that originally built these products. We have been supporting customers since 2009. We offer support on an hourly basis or through annual contracts that include guarantee service levels and response times.
