SMILOG offers consulting and implementation services for commercially available and custom software used to optimize and mobilize applications for supply chain logistics.

We have a “solutions focus” and provide “one stop shopping” that includes:

SERVICE OFFERINGS:

CCRs (CUSTOMER CHANGE REQUEST)

The SMILOG team can provide the analysis, development and implementation services required to address change requests for systems based on Psion Teklogix’s MIS products that are currently in service at your locations. These are typically not significant bodies of work (less than 80 hours).

• These would be done on a time and materials basis.
• Work would be invoiced at the time of completion, and would be carry a 90 day warrantee.
• There would be a minimum 2 hour charge for this type of work.

NEW FUNCTIONALITY (PROJECTS)

The SMILOG team can provide the analysis, development, and implementation services, plus project management, training, documentation and on site go live support, for more significant changes to existing systems, or new implementations which may include Psion Teklogix and/or other manufacturer’s products.

SMILOG would provide a quotation which will include a statement of work.

The work will invoiced at the following milestones:
• sign off of design (100 % of design related services)
• on delivery of code (50 % of development related services
• on completion of project (remaining balance)

All work would carry a 90 day warrantee, beginning for the day the solution is put into production.


SUPPORT

SMILOG can provide 1st level support (phone support, and problem escalation) and 2nd level support (application level support for any customization) for the existing systems based on Psion Teklogix’s MIS products.

Hardware support would need to be provided by Zebra (formly Psion Teklogix) or a third party. SMILOG could determine if hardware problems are the root cause of any issue and escalate to on your behalf.

The SLA (hours or coverage and response times) and pricing to be determined. This would be an annual support contract.


REMOTE ADMINSTRATION

SMILOG can provide remote administration and configuration for TEKRF systems. We could add / delete / change user accounts, and apply patches and changes when required.

• This would be done on a time and materials basis.
• Work would be invoiced monthly,
• There would be a minimum 0.5 hour for administration request.


NEW SOFTWARE LICENSES

SMILOG Ltd can sell new TEKRF, TEKCONSOLE and TEKSPEECH Licenses; and Client Access Licenses.


HARDWARE

SMILOG Ltd is an authorized Psion Teklogix Hardware reseller. We can typically offer 25% to 30% off the US list price on most Psion Teklogix products. We can assist with the acquisition of these products either directly from SMILOG, or through other value added resellers.
